Seven Fence Lines, Gates, and Materials, One Tulsa Yard

Aaron Fence Co has run one yard on South 33rd West Avenue since 1959, and the reason it carries seven separate fence lines instead of pushing one favorite material is simple. A fence company that only sells what it likes to install ends up recommending that material to everyone, whether it fits the property or not. Aluminum, chain link, vinyl, wood, ornamental iron, farm fencing, and specialty composite systems are stocked and installed by the same crews, alongside gates, gate operators, and materials sold over the counter to homeowners and to other contractors. What follows is the full line, in plain terms.

The seven lines

Aluminum

Pool barriers, pet enclosures, and property lines that need to look finished.

Powder coated aluminum panels close off a pool or a yard without hiding the view, and a properly built gate closes itself so the barrier keeps doing its job even when nobody remembers to latch it by hand. The same run works as a decorative border on a commercial frontage or a custom gate system wherever a driveway needs to pass through. It does not rust, does not rot, and will not warp the way a wood picket can after enough seasons, so the maintenance is mostly a wash down of the powder coat.

Material

Powder coated aluminum. Will not rust or rot.

Chain Link

The fastest, least expensive way to hold a boundary and keep the view open.

Galvanized steel is the standard mesh, and a vinyl coated version is available where the run needs to blend in more than shine. Height and gauge are picked to the job, a heavier gauge for security or livestock, a lighter one for a simple yard boundary, and a gate goes in wherever the run needs to open. It is quick to install and holds up through a Tulsa summer and a Tulsa storm with almost no upkeep.

Material

Galvanized or vinyl coated steel mesh.

Vinyl

Privacy and picket styles that never need paint.

Vinyl comes in privacy, picket, ranch style, semi privacy, pool, and decorative profiles, and none of them ask for a repaint. The material resists fading, cracking, and peeling through direct sun and hard freezes alike, which matters in a climate that runs both extremes in the same year. It comes in a range of colors, so a privacy run and a decorative border can be built from the same material family.

Material

UV stable vinyl. No repainting, ever.

Wood

Full privacy and the most room to customize the look.

Wood is the material with the most design room, built to a custom height and picket pattern and finished painted, stained, or left natural. Customers who have had a wood fence built here point to the same two details every time: three quarter inch cedar boards and heavy duty steel posts set in concrete, not just driven into the dirt. That combination is what keeps a wood fence standing straight instead of leaning after a few Oklahoma winters.

Material

3/4 inch cedar, steel posts set in concrete.

Ornamental Iron

Decorative and secure at the same time, for a border that has to look like something.

Ornamental iron is the line for a property border, pool enclosure, or commercial perimeter that has to double as security and as a design statement. The pickets are set close enough that nobody is squeezing through, powder coated for weather, and built to hold that finish for years with very little attention. It is not the least expensive fence in the catalogue, but it is the one most likely to still look sharp a decade in.

Material

Powder coated steel picket, high durability.

Farm

Barbed wire, woven wire, and pipe fencing built for livestock and acreage.

Farm fencing covers barbed wire, woven wire, high tensile wire, electric, post and rail, and pipe, and the choice usually comes down to what has to stay in or stay out. Woven and high tensile wire hold cattle and horses on a rotational pasture plan, electric adds a psychological barrier on top of a physical one, and pipe fencing takes the abuse of heavier livestock leaning on it for years. Post and rail is what most people pick when the fence also has to look like a working ranch from the road.

Material

Wire, pipe, and post by the acre.

Specialty

Composite, FenceTrac, R panel, and Trex for a longer service life.

The specialty line covers composite and FenceTrac systems, R panel, Trex, and other eco-friendly alternatives, all custom designed to the property rather than sold off a standard template. Composite and Trex are rated to run twenty-five years or more with normal care, and R panel is known to hold up for decades with minimal maintenance. All three outlast a traditional wood fence through the kind of weather swing Oklahoma gets most years.

Material

Composite, Trex, R panel. 25+ year rated.

Gates and gate operators

Aaron Fence builds and services residential, commercial, and estate gates, including access control systems, gate repair, and the operators that swing or slide them open. The yard stocks and services operators from Doorking, Apollo, FAAC USA, Chamberlain, Sentex, Ameristar, Elite, Linear, Concord Industries, B and B, HySecurity, Digi Code, Autokey, and LiftMaster, so a gate installed here is not locked into one manufacturer's parts supply for the life of the operator. A repair call on an operator somebody else installed gets handled the same way as a new install: diagnose the unit on site, order the part it actually needs, and get the gate back to opening on its own.

Since 1959

The same yard has done this since 1959

One customer came back after twenty-five years for a rebuild, and reviewers now ask for Raul by name when they book their own job. That is most of what carrying seven lines under one roof is for: whichever material actually fits the property, one yard stands behind all of it.
